Kamchia complex is situated 28 km south of Varna and only 5 km from the high-way E-87 Varna – Istanbul. It is located at the mouth of Kamchia River, among the unique flooded longoz forests of the Nature Reserve named after the river.

Only 28 km north of the resort is the sea capital of Bulgaria – Varna. The town of Byala is situated about 30 km to the south. There are favourable conditions for recreation and tourism.
